Important Details:

• The cost for the camp is $30 each week. Bursaries may be available based on need;
• Payments can be made by cash or Cheque to Richmond Youth Service Agency;
• Ensure that all medical information and allergy information is provided on the registration form. If your child needs an Epipen or other items, please provide us with the materials and instructions so we are prepared in emergency situations;
• There will be a maximum of 12 children for each weekly camp and it will be first come first served;
• The necessary fees and forms must in by Monday, June 20th, 2011. After this date, we will be contacting those by order of the earliest registration to the latest;
• In the event that you are a late registrant, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when/if a space becomes available;
• You are responsible for arranging transportation for your child before and after the summer camp everyday;
• Children must bring a lunch as well as a portable snack. No foods with nuts will be allowed;
• Upon entering your child in the RYSA summer day-camp, your family will receive a free membership to RYSA.
