We offer various volunteer and leadership opportunities at theRichmond Youth Centre. If we do not provide the volunteering opportunity you are looking for, we will find one for you. Feel free to drop-by or e-mail Angela Chan at angela.chan@rysa.bc.ca for more information.

The Generations Homework Club is an after-noon after-school activity where multiple generations (children, teenagers, and adults) get together to help mentor the children in their homework.

The U-Connect Crew is responsible for many community events across Richmond such as the U-Connect Job Fair held annually at Richmond Centre. This crew of youth volunteers develops and executes projects designed to improve and enrich the community.

The New Horizons Intergenerational Movie Nights for Seniors and Youth allows participants to come together to watch a movie and share their thoughts on intergenerational topics.

This summer we profiled one of our most dedicated volunteers, Akiff Jamal. Akiff gave his time to volunteer with the Summer Camp Adventures program over the duration of the summer. Read the full article here.
