Richmond Youth Service Agency, in partnership with Lansdowne Centre, Coast Capital Savings, The Beat 94.5FM and Service Canada, presents the 3rd annual U-Connect Career & Community Fair!

Date:  Saturday, June 6, 2009.
Time:  11AM – 4Pm
Location:  Lansdowne Centre, Richmond, BC
Open to general public. Admission is free!

What is U-Connect?
U-Connect provides an excellent opportunity for everyone to connect and find out what is going on in our community! The event has 2 components:

1) Career Fair:

• Where employers can connect with qualified and enthusiastic job seekers and recruit new employees for jobs within their company. 
• Educational and training institutions can promote their diverse programs and recruit new students for the next school season.

2) Community Fair:

• Local community agencies can connect with the public to promote their services and seek volunteers for their programs.
• An entertainment stage will showcase local youth talent featuring fun activities from drumming to martial arts.
• Local sports and recreational organizations can showcase their upcoming programs and services for the community.
