Pam is a dynamic professional with over 13 years of social service sector experience in a variety of direct service and leadership roles and is passionate about empowering clients, students and her staff to reach their highest potential.  She has extensive experience in program management, employment counseling, case management, facilitation/training, marketing/public relations and human resources development.  In addition to her role as a ‘Manager of Youth Programs’ at RYSA, she is an instructor for SFU’s Career Development Practitioner Certificate Program and loves working with enthusiastic and passionate future employment consultants/career counselors. 

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, biking, hiking, reading mystery novels, and socializing with friends.
