Marcella graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Faculty of Communication.  Marcella joined Richmond Youth Service Agency in December 2010 and she’s excited to be in this challenging industry.  Her role at RYSA is to assist clients with their job search skills, connect to resources and achieve their career goals.  She also helps keep the website up to date and ensuring that resources are current.  Marcella also has 4 years experience as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and these customer service and leadership skills definitely help her with her job at RYSA. 

In her free time, Marcella enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She also likes travelling around and going on short road-trips.
