Louise has 7 years experience providing employment services to a wide range of people with various backgrounds. She is a certified Career Practitioner with the BC Career Development Association and is a trained & certified Job Club facilitator.

She has 4 years facilitation experience, providing interactive employment and life skills workshops to a wide range of individuals.  Inspired by the services and outreach that RYSA provides for youth in the community, she proud to be a part of RYSA’s team. She currently works as a Case Manager for Connections Youth Resource Centre and is known for her honest, authentic, and down to earth approach with clients. She is and engaging facilitator and enjoys meeting clients "where they're at!" Her commitment and desire is to continue to guide, assist, and motivate youth to reach their employment goals.
